You can send us an enquiry through the contact form, email or WhatsApp with your preferred travel dates, number of travelers and interests. Our team will respond with a suggested itinerary and price. Once you are happy with the plan, we will send you an invoice and payment instructions. After we receive your advance payment, we confirm hotels, guides and transport and send you a final confirmation letter.
Our standard Bhutan packages usually include accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner (and lunch where specified), a licensed Bhutanese guide, private vehicle with driver, all internal transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary, government taxes and applicable permits. International flights, personal expenses, travel insurance and optional activities are normally not included unless clearly mentioned.
Yes. For most international travelers, Bhutan visa can only be arranged through a licensed Bhutanese tour operator. Once your trip is confirmed and payment is received, we apply for your visa on your behalf and send you a visa clearance letter, which you present at the airport or land border. We also arrange internal permits for restricted areas if your itinerary requires them.
The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is a mandatory government fee that supports free healthcare, education and conservation in Bhutan. Current SDF rates are set by the Royal Government of Bhutan and may change from time to time. In our proposals we clearly mention whether the SDF is included or listed separately, so you can see the full cost of your trip before confirming.
We usually request an advance payment to confirm hotels, guides and transport, with the remaining balance due before your arrival in Bhutan. Our cancellation policy depends on how many days before arrival the trip is cancelled and on the policies of hotels and airlines. All terms are shared in writing with your quotation so that you can review them clearly before making any payment.
International flights to Bhutan (Paro) with Drukair or Bhutan Airlines are usually not included by default, but we can assist with reservations on request. We are happy to advise on the best routes via cities such as Bangkok, Delhi, Kathmandu or Singapore and coordinate your flight timings with your land itinerary.
Yes, all our tours can be tailored. We design gentle sightseeing programs for families with children or older travelers, and more active itineraries with day hikes or longer treks for adventure guests. You can also request special interests such as photography, birdwatching, wellness, festivals or homestays, and we will adjust the pace and activities to suit your needs.
Bhutan can be visited year-round, but the best time depends on what you want to experience. Spring (March–May) and autumn (September–November) offer clear skies and popular festivals. Summer is greener with occasional rain, and winter has crisp air, quieter sites and good chances for clear mountain views. We can recommend dates and festivals based on your preferences and available time.
